The meeting will be held at the County Administration Building East, 2201 Second Street, Conference Room 118, Fort Myers, Florida.
Interested parties are invited to attend; however, no public input will be taken.

PUBLIC NOTICE
On Thursday, April 5, 2012, at 1:30 p.m., the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will meet in executive attorney / client session for the purpose of settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation expenditures in the county litigation case of Lee County v. Tex Development Corp., et al. Case No. 09CA-4252, Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida.
The opening of the public meeting will convene in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, and will adjourn to a closed session in the East Room of the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public meeting will reconvene in the County Commission Chambers.
The meeting will be held per the criteria of Florida Statute, Section 286.011(8). The following individuals will be in attendance at this executive session: County Commissioners: John E. Manning, Brian Bigelow, Ray Judah, Tammara Hall, and Frank Mann; Attorneys: Michael D. Hunt, Andrea R. Fraser, and John S. Turner, and County Manager Karen B. Hawes. The closed session of the meeting will be transcribed by Lisa Boyd or other representative of the court reporting firm of Fort Myers Court Reporting.
